Background and introduction

This Privacy Policy and Term of Use Agreement relates to Cry Respond Foundation’s Travel Abroad Information and Assistance Program found at https://travelabroad.cryresponded.corg and the Assistance provided by Cry Respond Foundation’s Travel Abroad Information and Assistance Program Group (as defined below) and applies to:

Candidates who use the Assistance of Cry Respond Foundation’s Travel Abroad Information and Assistance Program (whether or not they do so via the Website); Visitors to and registered users of the Website. It sets out the conditions under which we may process any information that we collect from you, or that you provide to us. It covers information that could identify you (personal information) and information that could not. In the context of the law and this notice, “process” means collect, store, transfer, use or otherwise act on information.

We regret that if there are one or more points or terms below with which you are not happy with, your only recourse is to seize transacting with us and leave our website or physical premises immediately.

We may assist a candidate obtain admission to study or work in a country and for some reasons best known to the embassy the candidate may still be denied a visa / entrance to the country.
However, all things being equal, we help increase a candidates chances of not being denied a visa / entrance into a country for study, work or other legitimate purposes.

Payment Fees
Any fees that are required to be paid by or on the behalf of a candidate for our assistance will be considered paid only if the said fees are paid to the exact bank account details for Cry Respond Foundation made available on our website.
Fees paid into any other bank account or to an individual will not be considered paid.

Data Controllers
